The Battle of Troyes-le-Mont was the battle in which the D'Angelines and the Alban forces defeated Waldemer Selig and the Skaldi.

Percy de Somerville commanded troops from the fortress at Troyes-le-Mont with Queen Ysandre de la Courcel present at the fortress. Phedre, from her position with Drustan and his forces and Ghislain de Somerville and his forces, suggests trapping the Skaldi between their forces and the fortress and seeks the assistance of Isidore d'Aiglemort and his troops. Phedre additionally sneaks through the Skaldi army to try to get a message to Ysandre that they are coming, knowing that this may mean Phedre's own death. Waldemar Selig captures Phedre and begins to skin her alive. Joscelin comes to Phedre's aid, challenges Selig to the holmgang, and begins to perform the terminus on himself and Phedre, but Bariquel L'Envers arrives and brings them both inside the fortress.

The battle occurs the following day. Isidore d'Aiglemort takes seventeen arrows and personally kills Selig.
